250 words — full bio

Dr. Edy Greenblatt is an organizational psychologist, executive coach, and pioneer of the science of workplace resilience. She earned her Ph.D. in the Joint Program in Organizational Behavior at Harvard University and Harvard Business School, where her breakthrough embedded research at Club Med overturned the standard model of burnout: rest does not equal restoration, and what restores one person may deplete another. That research became the first-place Indie Book Award winner Restore Yourself: The Antidote for Professional Exhaustion and the Integrated Resilience™ method used by organizations worldwide.

Named the #1 Global Resilience Coach by Thinkers50 and a founding honoree of Marshall Goldsmith's 100 Coaches, Dr. Edy has worked with hundreds of organizations across four continents, including Amgen, BDO, British Telecom, Kaiser Permanente, McKinsey & Company, Qualcomm, Sony, Toyota, Verizon, Harvard Business School, and the US State Department. A former McKinsey consultant, she has served on the faculties of the Center for Creative Leadership, the Rotman School of Management, USC Marshall's Center for Effective Organizations, and UCLA's Department of World Arts and Cultures/Dance.

Uniquely among organizational scientists, Dr. Edy holds a master's degree in dance ethnology and delivers leadership development through embodied experience — world dance and flying trapeze — alongside conventional formats. Her current work focuses on resilience through AI adoption, supported by real-time resilience technology now in pilot. She is based near Tel Aviv and works worldwide in English.
